Every room here starts as a blank canvas. Residents decide what goes where — and we move things until it feels right.

Furniture moves on request. Pictures go where residents want them. The nightstand holds what matters to the person, not what came with the room.

We don't hand over a standard setup. We ask what feels like home, then get to work.

The living room has the books residents actually read, the chairs they prefer, and the corner someone claimed months ago. It was never designed for a tour.

Open whenever someone wants it.

There's no scheduled garden time. The door is unlocked, the bench is there, and residents use the space on their own terms — morning coffee, an afternoon walk, or just sitting quietly.
